Nintex, a global process automation leader, seeks a Manager of Global Accounting in Bellevue, WA. You will lead day-to-day US GAAP and statutory accounting across international entities, mentoring accountants across regions and coordinating month-end closes.

Qualifications

• CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Excel.
• 6+ years of overall accounting experience.
• 3–4 years of audit firm experience desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• US GAAP, financial reporting and close processes knowledge.
• Experience coordinating across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-country accounting activities and month/quarter-end closings.
• Mentor and develop a distributed accounting team.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Tax, Sales, and external auditors for close and audits.
• Review contracts and provide accounting guidance to partners.
• Implement and monitor accounting controls and SOPs.
