Job summary

Crawford & Company in Atlanta is hiring a Manager – International Accounting & Consolidations to lead the consolidation of international results and oversee global reporting. Hybrid role in Atlanta, GA, collaborating with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Operations.

You will manage monthly closes, intercompany eliminations, forex impacts, and strengthen internal controls while working with offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Five years of progressively responsible accounting experience including consolidations and international reporting.
• CPA license required; public/multinational experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage international financial reporting and consolidation of monthly results from international operations.
• Own the international close process controls and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams, Tax, and Legal to ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with intercompany reporting teams on eliminations and journal entries.
• Assist budgeting and internal expense allocations across entities.
• Serve as main liaison for external auditors on international matters.
