Job summary

Enverus is seeking an International Accounting Manager to lead UK and Czech Republic accounting operations, including payroll, financial reporting, and compliance. The role requires extensive experience in international accounting, strong knowledge of UK GAAP/Czech GAAP, and a background with publicly traded or pre-IPO companies.

You will drive process improvements and coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in international accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Experience with UK GAAP and Czech Republic GAAP.
• Background with public company or pre-IPO environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting ops for UK & Czech Republic (procurement, payroll, financial reporting).
• Complete monthly close and financial reporting to US corporate office.
• Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and coordiantion with external auditors.
• Ensure tax compliance and intercompany transfer pricing.
• Oversee treasury operations and local banking relationships.
• Collaborate with FP&A for budgets and forecasts.
• Integrate acquisitions and system implementations.
• Lead internal controls and policy maintenance.
• Provide training and oversight to staff.
