E-Space Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to guide financial operations from our Arlington, TX office. You will support month-end close, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial reporting in a production, international environment.

The role requires a strong GAAP background, FP&A experience, and leadership to drive scalable finance processes and collaborate with executives for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting.
• Experience with FP&A, auditing and tax returns.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and implement scalable processes.

Responsabilités

• Assist with monthly close and financial reporting.
• Manage federal, state, and international tax compliance processes.
• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning and variance analysis.
• Own auditing processes and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee ERP system integration and finance operations.
