E-Space, Arlington, TX, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead month-end close, budgeting, and financial reporting in a global production environment. You will oversee tax compliance (federal, state, international), consolidate entities, and drive scalable financial systems with ERP integration.

This role reports to the CFO and shapes strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with FP&A, auditing, and tax returns, plus the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher
• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with FP&A, auditing, and tax returns

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly close and financial reporting
• Manage federal, state, and international tax compliance processes
• Oversee global annual budget, long-range planning and variance analysis
• Lead auditing activities and collaborate with external auditors
• Assist with ERP system integration and financial systems enhancements
• Hire, train, and retain accounting staff
• Manage key service providers (auditors, banks, tax firms, payroll)
• Develop and implement policies for accounting and financial management
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to evaluate operations and plans
• Lead special projects as needed
