Job summary

Diversified, a global B2B events and media company, is seeking an Accounting Clerk to own AP/AR functions and maintain clean financials across our global portfolio. The role reports to the Accounting Manager and collaborates across departments to strengthen vendor relationships and ensure accurate aging and close cycles.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of direct responsibility for AP and/or AR functions.
• GAAP knowledge with standard accounting practices.
• Experience with NetSuite, Concur or similar tools appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Code and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Assist with disbursement cycles to pay vendors on time.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and communicate with customers about past-due balances.
• Track AR aging and surface process improvements.
• Support month-end close with timely tasks.
• Prepare documentation for audits and support review cycles.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other departments on reporting and reconciliations.
