Job summary

amika, a Brooklyn-born haircare brand, seeks an Account Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the international retail team. You will manage multiple markets, drive new product launches, sales reporting, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

You will support marketing calendars, asset requests, sampling plans, and end-to-end SKU setups while collaborating with marketing, compliance, planning, and sales ops. Based in NY and US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Track weekly and monthly sales and NPD performance across retail partners.
• Support marketing calendars and JBPs, ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate retailer asset requests and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop sampling and GWP plans; manage end-to-end processes.
• Submit FOC samples and track deliveries to completion.
• Prepare monthly account coverage decks for internal sharing.
• Own end-to-end product setup for new SKUs and updates.
• Conduct site audits across ecommerce assortments and update assets.
• Perform bi-weekly OOS checks and trigger replenishments.
• Handle day-to-day account operations and cross-functional coordination.
