Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years' experience in Project Management and/or Product Development of consumer hard goods preferred.
• Knowledge of pop culture and tabletop gaming as a hobby preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive accessory product lines from concept through delivery, including approvals, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Act as the central hub for product development, coordinating between sourcing, design, quality, creative services, and marketing.
• Develop and maintain scalable systems (e.g., PAR sheet, Product Data sheet, Wrike workflows) that standardize product launches and reduce friction across departments.
• Lead integrated project timelines and drive cross-team alignment across design, sourcing, approvals, and production.
