Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Sr Global Product Line Management Specialist for Accessories, based in a hybrid role near Portland, OR. You will collaborate with the Divisional Manager and Product Merchants to set vision, strategies, and seasonal concepts for a portion of the global apparel business, influencing design, product creation, and market rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management or merchandising.
• Knowledge of the product development process; outdoor industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal concepts and line plans for the global apparel business.
• Work cross-functionally with design and product creation teams to meet key dates and margins.
• Create seasonal product briefs to inspire design and development in the product process.
• Incorporate marketplace influences and consumer insights to shape brand strategies.
