Job summary

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business seeks a Director of Global Academic Programs and Partnerships to lead the global portfolio and experiential learning. The role drives MBA exchanges, international relationships, and cross-program initiatives to deliver rigorous, globally engaged programs.

With oversight of partnerships and operational excellence, you’ll shape a broad portfolio that sends 900+ students abroad annually and coordinates 24+ GBE sections across 15+ countries,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in international business, higher education administration, global affairs, or related field.
• 5-7 years in academic program management, global partnerships, or international education.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing international academic partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills, including benchmarking and competitive analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex global academic initiatives and risk considerations.
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural fluency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for academic components of the Global Business Experience.
• Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform MSB’s global strategy.
• Manage international university relationships and represent MSB abroad.
• Coordinate global academic initiatives across MSB programs.
• Lead MSB’s global academic partnership strategy, including MBA exchange development.
