Georgetown University’s Baratta Center for Global Business Education seeks a Director of Programs and Student Experience to lead the full student experience. You will design and oversee co-curricular programming, immersive global experiences, practitioner convenings, and internship placements, reporting to the Executive Director.

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced degree required.
Demonstrated track record in designing and executing multi-stakeholder programs at director level.
Substantial knowledge of geopolitics or international business.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver co-curricular programs and immersive experiences for students.
Lead partnerships by integrating corporate practitioners into programming.
Develop new programs and innovate existing offerings for student engagement.
Oversee student experience from ideation to assessment and continuous improvement.
