• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in designing and executing multi-stakeholder programs at director level.
• Substantive knowledge of geopolitics or international business.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for curriculum design and senior-level facilitation.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
