Job summary

Georgetown University’s Baratta Center for Global Business Education seeks a Director of Programs and Student Experience to lead the co-curricular portfolio and immersive global experiences. Ideal candidates bring an MBA or equivalent, 5–7 years of experience, and a track record in senior program design within academia, think tanks, or policy institutes.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree and 5–7 years of experience.
• Demonstrated track record designing and executing multi-stakeholder programs for a director-level role.
• Familiarity with geopolitics or international business and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the Baratta Center’s co-curricular programming.
• Integrate corporate practitioners into programming and convenings.
• Develop and innovate new programs and experiences for students.
• Oversee student experience management and assessment of programs.
• Collaborate with External Relations to curate external voices in programs.
