Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a high-caliber cabin services professional in Los Angeles area to ensure top-tier passenger experiences. You will manage detailed owner profiles, coordinate with flight crews, and prepare aircraft to the highest standards for every charter or owner flight.

The role requires strong safety focus, proactive inventory control, and the ability to adapt to changing flight schedules while delivering personalized service across domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 in a large cabin private or corporate jet environment.
• Must reside within a 2-hour drivable commute to KVNY home base.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict safety compliance while providing exceptional service to passengers.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of owner food preferences, needs, allergies, and personalized requests.
• Update passenger profiles and maintain aircraft inventory records.
• Organize owner lockers, cages, and office spaces with bedding and cabin supplies.
• Perform routine inventory checks to ensure quality and readiness of cabin supplies.
• Prepare aircraft amenities, catering, and special requests before each flight.
• Source, shop for, and stock aircraft items based on owner requests.
• Coordinate with PIC or others to address cabin wear and tear issues.
• Safely offload/on-load aircraft items during maintenance or as required.
• Set up aircraft for showings to charter clients meeting high standards.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to suit owner's schedule and flight changes.
• Communicate with In-Flight Services management for smooth operations.
