Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a full-time Cabin Attendant for its Global Express based in Santa Ana, CA (KSNA). You will manage cabin services, maintain inventory, and stock according to owner preferences while complying with all safety protocols.

The role involves travel with overnight stays, a high-end service focus, and working closely with In-Flight Services to deliver a legendary passenger experience. Must reside within two hours of KSNA and be available for flexible hours including

Qualifications

• 3+ years Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate jet experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have and maintain a valid Food Handler Certification.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Emergency training – CPR/First Aid.
• Pre-employment background drug screening.
• CLA Indoctrination training.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available to be “on-call” unless on a scheduled day off.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations while providing exceptional service to passengers.
• Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the owner's food preferences, needs, allergies, and other personalized requests.
• Regularly update passenger profiles and maintain accurate aircraft inventory records.
• Prepare the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and items are current before each flight.
• Source, shop for and stock the aircraft with the owner’s requests and preferred items.
• Coordinate with the Pilot in Command (PIC) for issues and maintenance as needed.
