Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation in Santa Ana, CA, seeks a full-time Cabin Attendant for our Global Express aircraft (KSNA). You will maintain cabin operations, ensure safety compliance, and tailor service to owner preferences across domestic and international travel. Requires 3+ years in large-cabin private aviation and a valid passport.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Part 91 and/or Part 135 large-cabin private/corporate jet experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Valid Food Handler Certification (must be maintained).
  • Valid passport.
  • Emergency training certificate (CPR/First Aid) from an approved facility completed within the past 12 months.
  • Background check and drug screening clearance.
  • Completion of Clay Lacy Aviation Indoctrination training (upon hire).
  • Availability for flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain overall cabin operations, ensuring a seamless, legendary experience for each passenger.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Prepare the cabin according to owner preferences, including food selections, allergies, and other personalized requests.
  • Update passenger profiles and maintain accurate aircraft inventory records.
  • Organize and maintain owner lockers, cages, and office spaces; keep bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment in order.
  • Conduct routine inventory checks and source, shop for, and restock cabin supplies as needed.
  • Identify and address cabin wear and tear; coordinate with the Pilot in Command or appropriate department.
  • Handle offloading and onloading of aircraft items during maintenance events.
  • Set up the aircraft for potential charter client showings.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate owner flight schedules and changes.
  • Communicate with In‑Flight Services management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned or requested.

Cabin Attendant – Global Express (KSNA)

Join Clay Lacy Aviation as a full‑time Cabin Attendant aboard our Global Express aircraft based in Santa Ana, California (KSNA). This role requires experience in large‑cabin private aviation and a commitment to delivering flawless service while upholding the highest safety and attention‑to‑detail standards.

Location & Operation

Santa Ana, CA (KSNA) – Must reside within a two‑hour drivable commute to the aircraft base.

Part 91 – Approximately 250 flight hours annually.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain overall cabin operations, ensuring a seamless, legendary experience for each passenger.
