Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic IV to supervise maintenance crews, oversee major overhauls and inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will conduct training for junior mechanics and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough documentation and safe operations.

The role requires an active FAA A&P certificate, ability to deploy to various locations (including OCONUS), and willingness to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and publications.
• Willingness to deploy for extended periods to OCONUS locations and meet DoD/CC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance crews and manage projects.
• Oversee major overhauls and inspections.
