Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation in Florida is seeking a highly skilled A&P Mechanic IV to supervise maintenance crews and oversee major overhauls and inspections. You will ensure regulatory compliance and conduct training for junior mechanics, supporting DoD, DHS, commercial and international customers across air, land, sea, space and cyber domains.

This role requires FAA A&P certification, 5+ years of relevant experience, and willingness to deploy for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA A&P certification with no prior FAA violations.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Higher level degree may substitute for experience.
• Ability to deploy for extended periods to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance teams and projects.
• Oversee major overhauls and inspections.
• Ensure regulatory and safety standards are met.
• Conduct training for junior mechanics.
