Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years in IT production support, SRE, or high-availability environments.
• Experience managing MySQL/NoSQL databases and middleware like Kafka and Redis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 system resilience for OMS and critical apps.
• Lead L1/L2 incidents; perform RCA for escalations.
• Coordinate with Client Services to track and resolve incidents.
• Provide expert support for databases and middleware; optimize operations.
• Design automation scripts or AI agents to boost production efficiency.
• Support global trading sessions across time zones with irregular shifts.
