Job summary

Portland Glass, a Neighborly partner, is seeking skilled glass installers to join our team. You will install and replace residential and commercial glass, read blueprints, and ensure high-quality workmanship while delivering professional service to customers.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accurate measurements, with opportunities to advance through technical training and development in a modern auto glass environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic construction math.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and other technology.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Complete background check and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines.
• Highschool Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Previous glass installation experience preferred; 3+ years of carpentry or related trade experience may also be considered.

Competitive pay: Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
