Job summary

Portland Glass is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to drive quality repairs and replacements for vehicles. You will install auto glass parts, cut flat glass, and calibrate to safety standards while explaining work to customers.

We value hands-on technical skills, strong communication, and the ability to learn new products. A HS diploma or GED and a clean driving record are required; a background check and drug test will be completed. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive glass experience or 3+ years in the automotive industry.
• Proficient use of hand tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong customer service/phone skills.
• Ability to use computers, mobile devices and related technology efficiently.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test, per applicable state laws.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Physical requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
