Glaukos Corporation is seeking a Reimbursement Liaison (GlaUcoma) to act as an expert on reimbursement policies and to support patients and providers in accessing Glaukos’ technologies. You will educate HCPs about billing, prior authorizations, and drug acquisition options while collaborating with a Patient Support Specialist to remove barriers to access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA/MPH preferred.
• 8 years of experience with specialty pharmaceuticals or surgical devices.
• Minimum of 3 years direct reimbursement/healthcare policy experience.
• Previous sales, district management, field reimbursement, hospital or practice experience preferred.
• Eyecare experience preferred and willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsabilités

• Educates HCPs and office staff on benefit verifications, PA requirements, patient cost share, and drug acquisition options.
• Collaborates with Patient Support Specialist to remove access barriers for GPS-enrolled patients.
• Responds to coding, payer policy, and approval protocol questions from HCPs.
• Guides copay assistance processes and appeals for appropriate patients.
• Provides education on policy changes and payer requirements; identifies coverage gaps and policy entry issues.
• Maintains expertise on regional and national payer landscapes and prior authorization processes.
• Leads communications with stakeholders and completes required business reviews and claims reviews.
