Job summary

Belron is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to prep glass for distribution and ensure timely delivery to field teams. You will operate MHE devices, pick glass orders with RF scanners, and may occasionally transport items to store locations, while strictly following safety and PPE requirements.

The role requires standing shifts, physical work, and reliable attendance to support a fast-paced distribution network. Training is provided to certify equipment usage and ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued drivers license and MVR check.
• Experience with MHE equipment including order picker, forklift, reach truck.
• Strong preference for order picker experience.
• Weight limit for order picker is 300 pounds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE equipment and be certified on forklift, reach truck, and order picker up to 40 feet high.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory (focus on glass orders).
• May occasionally drive and deliver automotive glass, accessories, and parts to store locations.
• Adhere to all safety and PPE requirements.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand or forklift.
• Maintain a secure and clean work area.

The Warehouse Associate I prepares our glass for distribution to our field operation teams by performing various functions to meet rigorous shipping timelines to get the right parts to the right team members to serve our customers.

What You'll Do

• Operate s and will be certified on all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklift s, reach truck s, and order picker s raised to heights of up to 40 feet.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory; will focus primarily on picking glass orders.
• May occasionally drive and deliver automotive glass, accessories, and parts to store locations.
• Adhere to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand or forklift.
• Maintain a secure and clean work area.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required and any other license(s) (as required by federal, state, and local laws) to operate a company vehicle; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR).
• Experience with MHE equipment including order picker, forklift, and reach truck.
• Strong preference for candidates with order picker experience.
• To safely operate the order picker and comply with equipment manufacturer specifications and required safety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired to operate this equipment, you will need to weigh under 300lbs.
• Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
