Job summary

ITT in El Cajon, CA, is seeking a full-time Seal Lab Assembler for Micro-Mode Products to assemble glass-to-metal seals and other hermetic components in line with customer specifications, ensuring product quality and reliability.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a background in assembly or manufacturing is a plus; on-site work with a robust rewards package.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and process glass-to-metal seals and hermetic components
• Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with engineering drawings
• Inspect and maintain tools and fixtures for proper form, fit, and function
• Identify and report equipment issues to the supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Seal Lab Manager
