Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of glass-to-metal seal or small-part assembly experience.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings.
• Strong math, reading and writing skills are essential.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle small parts and use magnification tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently assemble glass-to-metal seals to ensure product integrity.
• Verify paperwork and tickets for accuracy before starting assembly.
• Load and unload ovens as part of the production cycle.
• Document changes and provide feedback to the group lead.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the process.
• Stay informed about production issues and updates.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support the team.
