Job summary

ITT Inc. in El Cajon, CA is seeking a full-time Seal Lab Assembler to join our team. You will assemble glass-to-metal seals and hermetic components in accordance with customer specifications, contributing to product quality and reliability.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, keen attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow engineering drawings. Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and process glass-to-metal seals and hermetic components.
• Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with engineering drawings.
• Inspect and maintain tools and fixtures for proper form, fit, and function.
• Identify and report equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Seal Lab Manager.
