Job summary

ITT Inc. in El Cajon, CA is seeking a full-time Seal Lab Assembler to join our team. You will assemble glass-to-metal seals and hermetic components in accordance with customer specifications, contributing to product quality and reliability.

Position Summary

Micro-Mode Products is seeking a full-time Seal Lab Assembler to join our team in El Cajon, CA. This role is responsible for assembling glass-to-metal seals and other hermetic products in accordance with customer specifications, playing a key role in ensuring product quality and reliability.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assemble and process glass-to-metal seals and hermetic components
• Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with engineering drawings
• Inspect and maintain tools and fixtures for proper form, fit, and function
• Identify and report equipment issues to the supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Seal Lab Manager

Position Requirements

Equal Pay Act Range

The pay rate for this role is $18.17 to $27.02 per hour plus a benefits plan.
