Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions seeks a Production Associate in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves safely handling, inspecting, labeling, and transporting glass materials in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Candidates should have stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment while maintaining safety standards.

The position offers 8–10 hour days with some overtime as needed, and weekly Friday pay. Benefits start on day one, with bonus opportunities and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment; glass industry preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and understand basic mathematical measurements and use a tape measure.
• Willingness to work in all areas of production.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily.
• Transport materials including glass from one position/location in the warehouse to another.
• Label products correctly.
• Conduct quality inspection on items and materials.
• Operate equipment or manually maneuver equipment.
