Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves moving glass, supporting the production workflow, and maintaining quality standards across multiple stations.

We offer day shifts (6am-3pm or 7am-4pm) with benefits starting day one, quarterly and monthly bonus opportunities, and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of prior warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Able to independently lift 75 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand paperwork and labels.
• Able to read and interpret basic measurements and use a tape measure.
• All production workers must be available to work in all areas of production.
• Flexible schedule, typically Mon-Fri with occasional weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or crates for eight or more hours daily.
• Transport materials to expedite the production process.
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product.
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment.
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow.
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis.
• Inspect product for abnormalities and notify supervisor of issues.
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Regular and predictable attendance, adherence to safety policies.
