Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is partnering with a leading glass manufacturer in Spring Green, WI to hire a Production Associate. This role supports glass processing, operates equipment, and helps prep materials for tempering and finishing.

Shifts are available 1st (6:00am-2:00pm), 2nd (2:00pm-10:00pm), and 3rd (10:00pm-6:00am). Pay ranges from $21.50 to $22.50 per hour with weekly pay, and benefits include medical, dental, vision and a retirement plan. Lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Responsibilities

• Move, rack, and handle glass lites throughout production
• Seam glass and assist in preparing materials for tempering and finishing
• Bend channels into spacers, apply butyl, and fill channels with desiccant
• Cut stock channel sizes and internal grilles/bars
• Operate machines used to punch holes in channel
• Run the cutting table, break out glass lites, and organize racks by schedule
• Maintain safety standards and a clean work area
