Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Production Associate to support daily glass fabrication operations on a day shift. You will move glass from tables, furnaces, racks and trucks; perform quality inspections; read labels and measurements; and maintain a clean, safe work area while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily
• Transport materials including glass between positions to expedite production
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection, operate equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for abnormalities and notify supervisor of issues
• Use a tape measure to ensure product specs are met
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Attend regularly and adhere to safety policies and procedures
