Job summary

Diversified Recruitment Services, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to support glass fabrication operations in Nashville. You will troubleshoot processes, reduce scrap, improve throughput, and maintain process documentation to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include developing drawings and work instructions, evaluating tooling, training operators, and collaborating with production teams to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with glass fabrication or similar processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software; SolidWorks preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC and problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for glass fabrication operations.
• Manage process tooling and readiness for each production run.
• Troubleshoot line operations and resolve process issues.
• Develop and revise process drawings, sheets, and work instructions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce scrap.
• Verify components meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Train operators on equipment operation and safety.
• Analyze production results and implement corrective actions.
