Job summary

Custom Glass Products, a KI subsidiary, is hiring General Laborers for 1st and 2nd shift. This hands-on role supports the production of glass products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will load/unload materials, assist with cutting, washing, packaging, and staging, and help machine operators while ensuring quality and safety. We offer competitive pay, generous benefits, ESOP, and a stable team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; manufacturing/warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move glass materials.
• Assist with cutting, washing, packaging, and staging.
• Support machine operators and maintain production flow.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Keep work areas clean and safe throughout the shift.
