Job summary

Streamline Glass, Inc. seeks a Production Operator for the second shift to support the production team across glass cutting, polishing, and fabrication.

This hands-on role requires adaptability, safety awareness, and the ability to learn CNC machinery. You will work across multiple stations, helping maintain production flow while meeting quality standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Ability to routinely lift 50+ lbs.
• Experience with safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.

Description

Streamline Glass, a privately-owned glass manufacturer, is looking for a Production Operator (Second Shift) to support the Production team. In this role, you will work across multiple workstations, including glass cutting, polishing, and fabrication. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-oriented, and familiar with CNC machinery or has an aptitude to learn. This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on team player with excellent technical skills.

Please note that this position will begin on first shift (approx. 8:00 am to 4:00 pm), and then transition to second shift (approx. 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) within 4-6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist at production stations where needed
• Operate and monitor production equipment and automated machinery
• Maintain production flow while meeting quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
• Apply Diamon-Fusion® coating to glass products
• Assist with other production duties as needed
