Job summary

Standard Bent Glass in East Butler, PA is hiring General Laborers for a full-time, multi-shift production role. No prior glass experience required; we provide training and safety onboarding to new team members.

You will perform general labor, load and move glass, assist operators, inspect quality, and maintain a clean workspace while meeting production goals. Shift options include first, second, and third with overtime as needed.

General Laborer

Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

Standard Bent Glass is looking for General Laborers to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on position working with glass products in a fast‑paced production environment. No previous glass manufacturing experience is required—we provide training to the right candidates.

What You'll Do

• Perform general labor and production duties throughout the manufacturing process.
• Load, unload, move, and handle glass and materials safely.
• Assist Production Operators with daily manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products for visible defects and report quality concerns.
• Follow work instructions, production requirements, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.

• Must be willing to work the assigned shift and overtime as needed.

Pay & Shifts

Starting Pay: $17.20/hour

Multiple shifts are available, including:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday, with Friday overtime as needed
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday–Thursday, with Friday overtime as needed
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday

Shift premiums may apply depending on the assigned shift.
