We are currently seeking multiple Entry Level Installation Technicians to join our team at MY Shower Door in Tampa, FL! If you have past experience working in any of the following fields, Carpentry, Construction, Plumbing, or HVAC, this may be a great opportunity for you to begin your new career!

NO GLASS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! New Installation Technicians will be provided with on the job “ground up training” that includes: glass handling and lifting techniques, power tools, product knowledge and awareness, shower enclosure installation processes, troubleshooting measures, customer service and more! After the initial training, Installation Technicians are paired with a professional technician who will continue to help grow and develop the skills needed to become a Glass Installation Technician through our skill-based pay program. Our Glass Installation Technicians take great pride in their work and enjoy the positive work environment this position provides.

• Has basic math skills with a knowledge of fractions and using a measuring tape (We do give you a Quiz!)
• Has knowledge and experience with basic hand tools and power tools ( but not required)
• Has experience working in Construction, Carpentry, Plumbing, Roofing, HVAC industry
• Has the ability to lift up to 85lbs (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm - Hours may vary) Saturday Overtime available

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00/hour
