• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers and contractors; coordinate with fabrication shop.
• Serve as primary client contact; manage expectations and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards; oversee inspections and testing.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures; propose adjustments to meet financial targets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
