All American Windows and Doors is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own the delivery of glass and glazing projects from contract review through closeout in Fort Lauderdale and WPB. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and quality while coordinating with APMs, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on time and on spec.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in glass and glazing or curtain wall.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office, including Excel for tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Own project plans covering schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work moving.
• Perform site visits, monitor progress, and ensure safety compliance.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and field conditions with the APM.
• Prepare cost tracking, change orders, and budget forecasts.
• Manage procurement, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Lead client communications and maintain relationships.
• Provide regular feedback and performance support to the team.
