The ideal candidate has 5+ years in glass forming, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Willingness to work outside regular hours and travel up to 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years in glass manufacturing focusing on forming.
• Experience with mold repair and machine repair.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work outside regular hours.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a proactive safety environment on the shift.
• Develop and maintain positive labor relations within the department and with other departments.
• Maintain attendance, production, quality, training, and discipline records.
• Monitor production efficiencies and quality; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and food safety standards.
