Job summary

The Glass Acceptance and Coating Technician role focuses on inspecting, cleaning, coating, and final quality control of glass components within an ISO 13485:2016 QMS environment. The position requires adherence to procedures and close collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and about 3 years of related experience, with proficiency in Word/Excel and a meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
• 3 years of related work experience in production, manufacturing, quality, or management.
• Computer literate with Word and Excel.
• Certifications in Medical Tech, Phlebotomy, or ISO training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect glass components to meet quality requirements.
• Clean glass components according to quality criteria.
• Perform coating of glass components per quality matrix and protocols.
• Follow work instructions precisely and consistently.
• Document work using Word and Excel.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and report to management.
• Support Engineering with quality initiatives and validation activities.
• Operate equipment after training.
