Job summary

Custom Glass Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician to monitor, inspect, and propose improvements to our final products to meet established quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to relate to employees at all levels within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will perform routine inspections, data entry, and support quality engineers, while contributing to corrective actions using RCCA methodologies.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a quality control role in manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with RCCA methodologies (5-Why, DMAIC) and problem solving.
• Experience with Manufacturing Operating and Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine WIP and Finished Goods inspections.
• Data entry to support scrap, inspection, and audit efforts.
• Support Quality Engineers with quality-related tasks.
• Assist with investigation of internal and external rejects.
• Learn to prepare reports and assist with FAI and Pre-Shipment inspections.
