Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and GASB principles and their application in government environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced accounting analysis and prepare reports related to the general ledger.
• Guide and mentor other accountants on the team and coordinate with developers/project managers during SAP/FMIS upgrades.
• Create forecasting tools and financial reports to advise agency leadership and support SOP alignment with finance functions.
