Ideal candidates have an associate degree in accounting or related field and 1–3 years of experience, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts daily and monthly.
• Research and resolve outstanding reconciling items.
• Analyze transaction activity and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain supporting documentation and audit trails.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve accounting issues.
