Job summary

Easy Dynamics Corporation is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own GitHub environments and CI/CD pipelines, applying SRE practices to keep delivery platforms reliable and secure. You will automate workflows, enforce security standards, and partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience. The role requires hands-on GitHub administration, GitHub Actions mastery, and experience with cloud platforms and IaC tools.

A U.S. public trust/security clearance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 4+ years in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience administering GitHub Enterprise Cloud or Server, with org and permission management.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions, including workflow design and runners management.
• Experience supporting GitHub Copilot rollout for development teams, including onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Experience with GitHub security features such as secret scanning and code scanning.

Responsibilities

• Administer the GitHub environment: organizations, teams, repos, branch protection, and permissions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and reusable workflows.
• Manage GitHub security: secret scanning, code scanning, Dependabot, audit logs.
• Enforce repository governance policies and least-privilege access.
• Automate platform administration via scripting and GitHub API/CLI.
• Monitor availability and performance against SLOs and tune alerts.
• Lead troubleshooting for incidents and contribute to postmortems.
• Integrate GitHub with identity providers and adjacent tooling.
• Support migrations to GitHub from other VCS systems.
• Maintain platform docs, runbooks, and onboarding guides.
