Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pref: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in GIS, engineering, planning or related field.
• Experience/related coursework in GIS, infrastructure, public works, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with Excel, databases, dashboards, and data management.
• Ability to follow procedures, policy work, and staff guidance.

Responsibilities

• Collect sidewalk, curb ramp, and pedestrian infrastructure field data using GPS-enabled tools.
• Produce GIS-ready datasets, maps, and spatial layers for ADA dashboard integration.
• Review CIP budgets, benchmark municipal processes, and prepare staff-ready summaries.
• Collaborate with Engineering, GIS, Planning, and Streets staff across departments.
