Job summary

Eversource Energy in the United States is seeking a Data Analyst to support GIS data analytics for the electric system using ArcGIS, SQL, Python, and related tools. You will prepare reports, dashboards, and maps, integrating internal GIS data with external sources.

The role requires 3+ years ESRI experience, a BS in a quantitative field, and willingness to travel between MA/CT/NH and participate in emergency restoration efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of ESRI experience and spatial/relational data analysis.
• Experience with ArcGIS and GIS data workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Define problems and objectives; determine spatial data needs.
• Evaluate data to ensure end-user reporting requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and maps.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources using FME, SQL, Python, and REST.
• Support emergency restoration efforts as required.
