Job summary

City of Warren seeks a GIS/Asset Management Analyst to enhance GIS and asset management systems, analyze infrastructure data, and support CAD drawings for municipal projects.

The role focuses on improving data-driven decisions, coordinating with the City Engineer and IT staff, and delivering high-quality maps and reports for capital improvement planning. Strong GIS knowledge and CAD skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GIS concepts and asset management.
• Ability to analyze technical data and propose solutions.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation for drawings.
• Ability to lead work efforts and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GIS and asset management systems.
• Analyze infrastructure performance data and advise on capital funding.
• Provide CAD drawings, maps, and related presentations.
• Support utility billing, meter reading, SCADA, and work orders systems.
