You will develop, test, and document GIS applications, provide user training, and ensure ongoing performance and security of GIS services. This full-time position emphasizes collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering or geography with ESRI GIS experience.
• Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server; enterprise editing.
• Strong Windows OS and database/SQL skills; web tech knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain GIS applications and maps with GIS data.
• Collaborate with city leadership and departments to determine GIS needs.
• Produce documentation, training, and user guides for GIS solutions.
• Provide on-call support and ensure secure, reliable GIS services.
• Develop performance metrics and monitor application health.
• Coordinate project schedules and stakeholder communication.
