Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years coaching at high school varsity/club level preferred.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain Iowa coaching certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct daily practice sessions focused on skill instruction and conditioning.
• Manage and coach the team during home and away games and tournaments.
• Formulate a strategic plan for player placement and game lineups.
• Mentor assistant coaches and coordinate schedules with the Athletic Director.
• Maintain program budget, purchases, fundraising, and equipment inventory.
• Enforce conduct codes and monitor academic eligibility of student-athletes.
