Job summary

Loudoun County Public Schools is seeking a Head Soccer Coach for Potomac Falls High School for the Spring season (February–May). The coach will lead the varsity program, supervise assistant coaches, and ensure athletic excellence while fostering sportsmanship within the school community.

Work with the athletic director and principal on staff selection, training plans, game scheduling, and safety compliance, while supporting student-athletes' academic achievement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at high school or college level preferred.
• CPR and First Aid training completed or in progress.
• Virginia Teaching License candidate or classified employee preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and evaluate all assistant coaches.
• Lead training, conditioning, and performance of the varsity team.
• Coordinate with the athletic director on schedules, insurance, and equipment needs.
• Be present at all varsity contests and supervise athletes at events as needed.
• Promote values of athletics, sportsmanship, pride in school and community.
